Gas utility is included in the cost of rent. Residents are responsible to cover their water, sewer, trash, and electric bill. No account establishment is required for water, sewer, trash however resident(s) will be required to establish and maintain electric utilities in your own name during the entire residency. Renter's insurance is required during entire tenancy; monthly cost varies or MLIW waiver enrollment - whichever chosen is the resident's responsibility.

We are a dual-gated community. The first gate is open during business hours of 9AM-6PM however shuts and remains closed throughout the evening. Our second entrance gate is shut 24/7 and required remote/code for entry.
